On April 2, 2025, the EU published Regulation (EU) 2025/660 in its Official Gazette, amending the provisions on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in clay targets in Annex XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006), adding Item 50a to restrict the use of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in clay targets for shooting.
