Wenxing test
It is mainly used to evaluate the adaptability of the use and storage of finished products or components under the conditions of constant humidity, temperature and cycle changes in electrical and electronic products, components, materials, etc. It is the most widely used type of artificial accelerated simulation test in products.
Argon lamp test
It uses lights to simulate the destruction of full-spectrum sunlight, and sprays to simulate the effects of rain, dew, exposure, and darkness. Simulate changes in materials exposed to sunlight in different environments. The material samples are exposed to the light of the arc lamp, heat radiation, and humidity to perform the aging test, thereby evaluating the light resistance and weather resistance of the material.
Vibration test
Refers to the evaluation of the vibration resistance of the product in the expected use environment and the test of the physical or model subject to vibration. According to the type of applied vibration load, the vibration test is divided into sinusoidal vibration test and random vibration test.
Sinusoidal vibration test
Including fixed frequency vibration test and scanning sine vibration test. Simultaneous control of temperature and humidity changes on the basis of vibration testing is called vibration three comprehensive testing.
